We are a family owned ethical butcher with shops in Vaucluse and Potts Point. We only deal in Grass fed/finished beef and lamb, free range pork, organic chicken and pastured chicken. There are no preservatives in any of our sausages. We stock Organic dairy, fruit veg, teas and coffee and other organic grocery items.
